Our area is best known throughout the nation for its high concentration of trophy whitetail deer and turkey. Our ranch is located just 1 mile from the Yellow River and 5 miles from the mighty Mississippi River in NE Iowa.
Our deer and turkey hunters enjoy the finest quality, comfortable tree stands. Allamakee County is home to picturesque scenery, from the majestic bluffs to the beautiful valleys and abundance of whitetail deer.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Cory Fritzler is an avid hunter and sportsman and the owner of Yellow River Ranch ( DeerHuntsInIowa.com). Having grown up on a farm in Iowa, Cory has a wide scope of knowledge with farm equipment, agriculture, food plots, whitetail deer management, and hunting.
He currently owns and manages hundreds of acres of prime hunting ground nestled near the Yellow River State Forest in Allamakee County, Iowa.
Cory plants all of his own quality food plots on the land he owns and knows first-hand the importance of them to grow and localize monster bucks. This property boasts some of the best hunting there is to offer for whitetails in the country.
